Shipping policy

Tested on Humans, every order is carefully prepared so your drinks arrive safely, securely, and in good condition.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. International delivery may take approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that processing and delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Product launches, promotions, severe weather, courier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, where tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, or incomplete, do not consume the affected product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
